Vigilance convicts Senior Assistant of City Hospital

Cuttack: Odisha Vigilance has arrested RI Kishore Kumar Sahani, Senior. Assistant, City Hospital, Office of CDMO, Cuttack for DA charges.

Kishore Kumar Sahani, Senior Assistant, City Hospital, office of CDMO, Cuttack has been placed under arrest by Odisha Vigilance and will be forwarded today to the Court of Special Judge, Vigilance, Cuttack for possession of disproportionate assets.

Based on searches conducted on properties of Sri Kishore Kumar Sahani, Senior Assistant, City Hospital, office of CDMO, Cuttack, he was found in possession of disproportionate assets including 2 buildings, 19 high value plots, cash Rs.3.30 lakhs, gold 135 gms, deposits over Rs.55.48 lakhs, etc, which he could not account for satisfactorily.

In this connection, Cuttack Vigilance PS case No.25/2025 has been registered against Sri Kishore Kumar Sahani, Senior Assistant, City Hospital, office of CDMO, Cuttack.

Residential Property:

Triple storeyed building measuring an area of 2500 Sq. ft. located at Jobra Nuasahi, Cuttack.

One building and poultry farm spanning approx. 2.5 acres located at Palasia/Padhania, Choudwar, Cuttack.

Valuables and Investments:

Cash Rs.3.50 Lakhs.

Gold ornaments weighing approximately 135 grams.

Bank and Insurance deposits Rs.44.46 lakhs. Other investments are being ascertained.
