6 youth sexually abuse girl inside Omni vehicle

Udala: In a shocking incident, six youths allegedly sexually abused a girl in Mayurbhanj district of Odisha on Saturday. They lured the girl on the pretext of providing job and brought from her house from Bangiriposi and allegedly sexually abused in Udala area on a vehicle by parking the vehicle on the roadside.

As per reports, a girl from Bangiriposi police station area was brought from her house in an Omni vehicle by two youth on the pretext of providing job. Later, three more men from the road boarded the said vehicle. After bringing the girl to Udala, 80 km away from Bangiriposi, they parked the vehicle on the roadside and allegedly sexually abused her inside the vehicle. The heinous crime took place inside a vehicle on the Udala-Balasore State Highway.

As she screamed the youths, pushed the girl out of the vehicle and fled from the scene. Later, after the local people rescued the girl, she went to her house and narrated the entire incident to her family members and others. Today a complaint was filed at the police station in this regard.

Asked about this, police said that five people have been accused in this case while two of them have been detained. They are being interrogated and police are searching for the other accused.
