3 thousand ducks killed following road accident in Aiginia

Bhubaneswar: In a shocking incident, more than 3 thousand ducks were killed following a road accident in the capital city of Odisha, Bhubaneswar on Wednesday morning. The road mishap took place in Aigania area.

As per the information received, a duck laden vehicle was on its way to Jharkhand from Tamil Nadu. Yesterday late at night, at about 3 am the vehicle was crossing Aigania area of Odisha’s Bhubaneswar when it met with an accident.

As a result, more than three thousands ducks that were present in the vehicle were reportedly killed. Moreover, witnessing the accident, the locals and others who were then going on the road, allegedly rushed to the spot and took away the ducks.

The driver of the vehicle has claimed that it met with the accident due to break failure.
