2 killed, 3 injured as two bikes collided head-on in Ganjam

Sorada: At least two people were killed and three others were inured in a devastating bike collision in Ganjam district.

According to reports, two bikes collided head on in Podakhari village under the Sorada police limits in Ganjam, resulting in the death of two bikers and other three pillion riders including a woman receiving critical injuries. The critically injured people have been shifted to Berhampur hospital for further treatment.

The deceased have been identified as Balia Mallick of Chanchrapalli and Gurudeba Pradhan of Govindapur.

On receiving the information about the incident, the Sorda police and fire brigade reached the spot and rushed the injured and dead people to the hospital.
