19 OISF Personnel Injured in Bus Accident in Keonjhar, All Discharged After Treatment

Bhubaneswar: At least 19 personnel of the Odisha Industrial Security Force (OISF) were injured after the bus they were travelling in met with a road accident near Tadua Bahal under Champua tehsil in Keonjhar district on Friday morning.

According to reports, the bus was carrying a total of 22 OISF personnel at the time of the incident. Following the accident, the injured were immediately rushed for medical attention.

Six of the injured personnel received primary treatment at Basudevpur Community Health Centre, while the remaining 13 were taken to Champua Sub-Divisional Hospital for further care.

Health officials later confirmed that all the injured personnel were discharged after treatment. The district administration stated that no serious injuries or fatalities were reported in the accident.

Authorities are looking into the circumstances that led to the mishap.
