Vikram Singh Appointed New NCC DDG, Odisha

Bhubaneswar: The National Cadet Corps (NCC) Directorate, Odisha, has announced that Commodore Vikram Singh has assumed charge as the new Deputy Director General (DDG) of the Directorate, effective from October 7, 2025.

An accomplished officer with an exemplary service record, Commodore Vikram brings extensive experience from various prestigious assignments across the country. His leadership, strategic acumen, and commitment to youth development are expected to further strengthen the NCC’s initiatives and outreach across Odisha.

Upon taking charge, Commodore Vikram reaffirmed his dedication to advancing the NCC’s mission of nurturing disciplined, patriotic, and motivated youth. He emphasized the importance of enhancing institutional training, adventure activities, and community development programmes to inspire young cadets and build a stronger foundation for nation-building.
