Two truck drivers killed in hit-and-run on NH-26 near Kesinga

Kesinga: In a tragic road accident, two truck drivers were mowed down by an unidentified truck on National Highway- 26, near Khajurpada village of Kesinga block in Kalahandi district.

According to sources, the two truck drivers were in Kesinga to unload the paddy. They were standing on the road side beside their parked truck while some speeding truck rammed over them from behind.

The impact was so severe that both men died on spot and the truck driver sped away from the scene immediately.

On being informed, the local police reached the spot and later collected the bodies.

The investigation is currently underway to find the killer truck.
