India thrash England by 150 runs to clinch series 4-1
√India clinched victory by a massive 150 runs, as England were bowled out for just 97, chasing 248 in the fifth T20I at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai. Abhishek Sharma smashed 135 off 54 balls, as India posted a mammoth total of 247/9 in 20 overs. His century, coming in 10.1 overs, is the earliest a player has hit a T20I hundred. Abhishek went on to hit the highest score by an Indian in T20I cricket, surpassing Shubman Gill. Abhishek then chipped in with two wickets in a single over, as did Varun Chakravarthy and Shivam Dube. But it was Mohammed Shami who took the most wickets, picking up three scalps.
