IMD Issues Yellow Warning For Odisha

Bhubaneswar (Reporters Today Bureau): With the heatwave condition prevailing in Odisha, yellow warning has been issued for at least five districts including Khordha for today.

According to Bhubaneswar Regional Meteorological Centre, heatwave condition is very likely to prevail at one two places over the districts of Subarnapur, Boudh, Balangir, Khordha and Nayagarh.

The day temperature is likely to rise by 3 to 5 degree Celsius at many places in interior part of Odisha from today. Bhubaneswar became the hottest place with the mercury touching over 40 degree Celsius since April 22.
