5T Secy reviews road congestion issues in Capital city

Bhubaneswar, Aug 10: Secretary to CM 5T VK Pandian on Wednesday reviewed the traffic situation in the capital city Bhubaneswar on Wednesday.

The increasing congestion on the major thoroughfares of the Captial City has been troubling the netizens.

Besides, the population and number of vehicles in the city is growing each day making traffic control a tedious affairs for the traffic police.

On the instructions of the Chief Minister, Pandian toured various junctions in the city and discussed about measure to improve of the road traffic system with senior officials of the administration and police.

The 5T Secretary was accompanied by Police Commissioner S.K.Priyadarshi, Works Secretary Vir Vikram Yadav, and BMC Commissioner Vijay Amruta Kulange.

It is for the first time that the Secretary of Chief Minister in State reviews the congestion issues on capital city’s streets and roads.

Notably, Pandian has always been in the front to address the woes of the people and monitoring progress of people-centric schemes.

Notably, unruly and reckless drivers and two-wheeler riders create situations on the road making life difficult for fellow drivers and riders.

The action of the 5T Secretary has been lauded by the netizen.
