3rd Barabati Shishira Mela Starts January 26

Cuttack: The 3rd edition of the Barabati Shishira Mela will kick off on January 26 at the Upper Baliyatra ground in Cuttack, Odisha. The 11-day fair will showcase a wide array of handicrafts, featuring artisans and self-help groups (SHGs) from across Odisha and other parts of India.

The Shishira Mela will offer visitors the chance to explore and purchase various handcrafted items created by skilled artisans. Additionally, the fair will feature kiosks from the MSME sector, Government of India, ORMAS, and the Development Commissioner of Handicrafts.

In line with tradition, the fair will also host vibrant cultural programs performed by young talents from the state. Bharat Masala, the main sponsor of the event, will have a dedicated stall offering a variety of products at attractive prices for the attendees.

The Barabati Shishira Mela promises to be a grand celebration of Odisha’s rich handicraft heritage and cultural diversity.
